The public hearing was closed at 7:45 p.m. and a recess was taken. <br /> The meeting reconvened at 8:00 p.m. <br /> LAND USE ORDINANCE <br /> Commission members will continue to review the additions to the Land Use <br /> Ordinance and make decisions on them at the February meeting. <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> David Licht of Northwest Associated Consultants and Don Anderson of Widseth, <br /> Smith, Nolting will be invited to a workshop session in February. <br /> NOTICES AND PUBLICATION <br /> The Commission members reviewed the City Council Committee Appointments for <br /> 1999 and discussed participation on the Park Board Tree Committee. T. Saccoman and <br /> F. Martinson will both serve on the Committee. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> G. Welu asked for the status of the Wallin inquiry regarding subdivision of a city <br /> lot. Staff reported the matter had been handled to conclusion. <br /> OPEN FORUM <br /> F. Martinson stated that the next PLADO meeting is scheduled for January 27 at <br /> 7:30 a.m. The place of the meeting is not yet known. All Planning Commission members <br /> will be notified, and are encouraged to attend. <br /> MOTION BY G. WELU AND SECONDED BY T. SACCOMAN THAT THE MEETING BE <br /> ADJOURNED AT 8:25.
