Martinson discussed amending Zoning Ordinance#163, Section 8.20, <br /> Stormwater Management. <br /> Martinson asked for a recommendation to set a public hearing on Tuesday, <br /> May 16, 2000 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> MOTION BY G. WELU AND SECONDED BY T. SACCOMAN THAT A <br /> PUBLIC HEARING BE HELD ON TUESDAY, MAY 16, 2000 AT 6:30 <br /> p.m. MOTION CARRIED UNINAMOUSLY. <br /> VIOLATION LETTERS <br /> The Commission members received copies of letters sent to several residents <br /> regarding violations of the Nuisance Ordinance. <br /> LIST FOR ZONING INFORMATION <br /> At the March meeting the Commission requested that a questioner be <br /> designed for zoning applicants. The questioner would inform the Commission <br /> of the location of a property, the size, materials used, landscaping and signage <br /> for new construction or renovation. <br /> The Commission received a copy of the questioner for approval. After a short <br /> discussion, T. Saccoman asked that a few more items be added to the list. <br />
