OLD BUSINESS <br /> RESIDENT VIOLATIONS <br /> The Deputy City Clerk informed the Commission that letters will be sent in <br /> April to the residents that are in violation of the Nuisance Ordinance. <br /> LETTER TO MR. BOB SPIZZO <br /> F. Martinson had drafted a letter to Mr. Bob Spizzo of Breezy Point Resort as <br /> a "Friendly"reminder that the Breezy Point sign was to be removed no later <br /> than May 1, 2000. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> HERITAGE PRESERVATION COMMITTEE <br /> F. Martinson explained that the Heritage Preservation Committee had their <br /> first meeting. He informed the Commission that the Committee would tour the <br /> City to identify any sites that may fall in the category of being historically <br /> preserved. <br /> T. Saccoman, a member of the 56472 Group, informed the Commission of the <br /> next meeting and the topics that will be discussed. She continued to add that <br /> she will be part of the Park and Recreation Group and one of their goals is to <br /> get a playground in the Trailside Park. It was explained that they would be <br /> applying for a park grant. <br /> MOTION BY G. WELU AND SECONDED BY T. SACCOMAN THAT <br /> THE MEETING BE ADJOURNED AT 8:20 P.M.
