PEQUOT LAKES PLANNING &ZONING <br /> NOVEMBER 21, 2001 <br /> With many unaddressed concerns, D. Gibson was requested to bring a draft of the deed covenants to the next <br /> Planning Commission meeting. The Commission members stated that they would attempt to visit the property <br /> before the next meeting. <br /> MINUTES <br /> MOTION BY J. DERSEN AND SECONDED BY J. DOTTY THAT THE MINUTES OF THE <br /> OCTOBER MEETING BE APPROVED WITH ONE CORRECTION. MOTION CARRIED <br /> UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> MOTION BY J. DERSEN AND SECONDED BY J. DOTTY TO ELECT D. TRENKENSCHUH <br /> AS THE PLANNING COMMISSION SECRETARY. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> FEE SCHEDULE <br /> The Commission members were supplied with copies of fee schedules from surrounding communities. It was <br /> pointed out that while P. Plourde is required by ordinance to get a permit for the excavating/filling she intends to <br /> do,there is no fee listed for such a permit. Sibley Township has a$150 minimum permit fee for dirt moving and <br /> excavation. <br /> SIBLEY TOWNSHIP PLANNING &ZONING COMMISION <br /> Having attended to the business of the meeting,the commission members discussed various topics of concern <br /> to both the city and the township. <br /> It was the consensus of all Commission members that it be recommended to the City Council to combine the <br /> Planning &Zoning of the City with that of Sibley Township and to employ the services of an Administrator. T. <br /> Woog stated that this would be vital to the success of the merging of the two communities. <br /> MOTION BY J. DERKSON AND SECONDED BY J.
