MINUTES <br /> PEQUOT LAKES BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING <br /> DECEMBER 19,2002 <br /> PRESENT: Bill Habein, Joe dotty, Karl Moon, Craig Nagel, Barb Sjoblad and John <br /> Derksen. <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR: Charles Marohn. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Craig Nagel at 8:53 p.m. <br /> Babinski Permit Extension: <br /> Mr. Marohn explained his Staff Report. Construction for Permit#2023 had begun and <br /> construction for Permit#2022 had not. <br /> A motion was made by Karl Moon, seconded by Joe Dotty, to extend Permit#2023 for <br /> six months and to deny the extension of Permit#2022. All members voted"aye". <br /> Motion carried. <br /> A motion was made by Karl Moon, seconded by Barb Sjoblad, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 8:54 p.m. <br />
