It was determined that clearing the rigid-of way would <br /> be just under 9 acres. <br /> John Blunes was in attendance and owns the property just north&the proposed plat. <br /> questioned whether there was a setback front the lot line along North Branch Trai. Tie <br /> right-of-way runs along the lot line on the Tulenchik property. <br /> Signage was questioned.
