(2) To pay the certified delinquent amount after the hearing <br /> date, but before the county certification deadline, with <br /> interest at the rate set in the adopted rate schedule, accrued <br /> beginning on eleventh day following the hearing date <br /> through the date of payment. <br /> (3) To pay the certified charges as billed to them by Crow <br /> Wing County on their property tax statement with a <br /> collection term of one year. <br /> E. After the hearing, the certified roll, minus any payments, shall be <br /> delivered to Crow Wing County. <br /> 4. In addition to any procedures or penalties provided by this ordinance, if <br /> any person, firm or corporation fails to comply with any provision of this <br /> ordinance, the council or any city official designated by it may institute <br /> appropriate proceedings at law or at equity to procure payment and or enforce the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 15-2.9. INSTALLATION AND CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS <br /> AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> 1. Supervision. All work performed within the limits of the City shall --� <br /> comply with all requirements of the Minnesota Plumbing Code as amended and <br /> the Ten States Standards and shall be under the direct supervision of the Public <br /> Works Supervisor. <br /> 2. Authority to Do Work. Only persons authorized by this Chapter shall tap <br /> any distributing main or pipe of the water system, or insert stopcocks or ferrule <br /> therein. <br /> 3. Excavations. If the installation is to be in a surfaced street, the location of <br /> the water main shall be ascertained from the City Engineer and, upon completion, <br /> such installation shall be inspected by the Public Works Department. Prior to <br /> construction within the street, notice shall be given to the Roads and Streets <br /> Manager, School District, United States Post Office, Police and Fire Departments, <br /> the County and/or State Highway Department, and City Public Works Director. <br /> Such notice must be given at least (3) days prior to the excavation for laying of <br /> the service pipe, and the connection must be made before three o'clock (3:00) <br /> P.M. After approval by the Roads and Streets Manager,the street shall be restored <br /> to its previously existing condition as directed and approved by the Public Works <br /> Department. The expense of such construction and restoration shall be borne by <br /> the applicant. <br /> 4. Separate Connections and Meters. No more than one housing unit or <br /> building shall be supplied from one service connection except by special <br />
