Water and Sewer Ordinances <br /> • We believe that the water and sewer ordinances are now in final form. <br /> They have been reviewed by the City Attorney, City Staff and the City <br /> Engineer, Tim Houle. Tim will be at present at the meeting to talk to the <br /> EDC about the WAC and SAC structure and to answer questions. <br /> Following review by the EDC, a recommendation should be made to the <br /> Council for adoption of the water and sewer ordinances. <br /> 4. EDC City Goals—Council Visioning Work Session - Update <br /> • The Council held a visioning work session in January. The minutes from <br /> that meeting are attached. <br /> 5. Annexation Agreement <br /> • The Annexation Agreement is attached for your review. Chair Mark <br /> Jurchen has begun studying the issue of the two taxing districts in the <br /> City; urban and rural. These two districts are mandated by the Sibley <br /> Township-Pequot Lakes Annexation Agreement. Attorney Tom <br /> Fitzpatrick worked with the Township and City on the annexation in 2002. <br /> He is now checking with Minnesota Department of Administration(the <br /> Municipal Boundary Adjustments) to see whether the annexation <br /> agreement can be amended.
