December 21, 2010 Minutes <br />Housing & Redevelopment Authority <br />� <br />Commissioners present: Peterson, Marchwick, Jurchen, Youngberg. Commissioners Absent: Hofius. Also <br />present: Director O'Brien, Assistant Director Anderson, Tenants; D Botham, P. Hoskins, J. Hoskins, M. <br />Dickey <br />PUBLIC HEARING/CAPITAL FUND PLAN/2011 <br />Chairman Peterson called the Public Hearing to order at S:15pm. <br />No comments were received. <br />Chairman Peterson closed the Public Hearing for the 2010 Capital Fund Plan and 5-year Capital Fund Plan at <br />5:17pm <br />Chairman Peterson called to arder the regular meeting of the Housing Authority. <br />Consent Agenda approved. M/ Jurchen, S/ Youngberg. All ayes motion carried. <br />West Grove <br />NO BUSINESS <br />Sibley Terrace <br />7.1 Director O'Brien asked for approval of the 2010 CFP and the 2011 5 year plan. There were no changes <br />since the October meeting, and no public comments were received. M/ Jurchen S/ Peterson. All ayes <br />�' motion carried. <br />Parkview <br />8.1 Director O'Brien presented the changes to the Community Room Policy. There were two sentences <br />added requiring permission from management prior to placing any items in the community rooms/areas. <br />M/ Youngberg, S/ Peterson. All ayes motion carried. <br />8.2 Assistant Director Anderson updated the board on the tenant meeting that was held at Parkview as <br />directed by the Board at their November meeting. She reported that the meeting was well attended (11 <br />residents of 24), it went well, and all of the issues, or questions that were brought up have been addressed. <br />The Assistant Director will hold these meetings on a bi monthly basis, the next meeting has been scheduled <br />for January 12, 2011. <br />Alpine <br />No Business <br />Executive Directors Report <br />No Report <br />Maintenance Engineers Report <br />No Report. <br />lther Business <br />�— 12.1 Director O'Brien presented the new contracts for CNaber. CNaber is the outside accounting agency <br />who reviews the monthly financials and submits reports to HUD. Director O'Brien stated that while this <br />item does not require board action, she wanted to keep them informed as there was not an official contract <br />for the past 2 years. These contracts will run for 12 months. <br />Director O'Brien reminded everyone that this is John Marchwick's last meeting, she thanked him for his 5 <br />plus years of service, and the rest of the board thanked him as well.
