My family has lived
at our residences for 12 years and we love it with the exception of our road. Employment has currently taken me out of the area
but we continue to live in Pequot Lakes which we have always considered to be a progressive community in which ve are proud
to call home. I did in fact attempt to sell our home, but have since taken it off the market. I know the economy will turn around
which will help in our endeavors, but I can't help but think that the road is a deterrent for any prospective buyers.
(r neighborhood has been payin to take care of the road for the past decade and now some are asking for City support. I say
1c some are looking for the support of the City as some property owners are opposed. The difficulty I have with the few that
are opposed is that they all don't live on Wildlife Trail but only own properiy along the road itsel£ I recall as a former Pequot
Lakes Park Board member, having discussions on the future paving ofroads within City limits. The discussion on paving of
various roads invariably led to knowing that eventually the pavina would take place. The property values of those livin on
Wildlife Trail are sure to improve along with the marketability for those looking to sel(.
I understand the difficult decision that you will make in regards to the paving of Wildlife Trail and I thank you for your
thoughtful consideration.
Sincerely,
 -
Brian Koslofsky
Wildlife Trail Resident
