Also, completed an updated "On-Call" <br />Schedule now that PRASD has hired another wastewater operator, Ted Strand (Jr) <br />• Dec 10�', Due North Construction at 4625 Engen Road started running water to avoid <br />freeze-ups. Their curb-box pipe and curbstop will need to be dug-up and insulated. <br />• Dec 13`�', Jim with Northland Fire Protection serviced all of our fire extinguishers. <br />• Dec 17th, received information from the League of MN Cities about a Supreme Court <br />Case against the City of Moorhead for inaccurate charges of sewer service because of <br />additional water usage. They also sent a policy that the City of Battle Lake put together <br />to address situations like we've had with Pequot Terrace. It was helpful information. <br />• Dec 20�', I completed a draft policy regarding utility adjustments. <br />
