AGREEMENT TO SUPPORT ENHANCED ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT MARKETING ENDEAVORS <br /> INCLUDING THE 2020 PROGRAM <br /> FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2009 <br /> Whereas,the Brainerd Lakes Area Development Corporation(BLADC), has <br /> established a comprehensive work plan guided by community and industry <br /> representatives,to enhance its economic development program. This enhanced effort <br /> will require added financial resources to implement.
