Washinqton Street Proposal Update <br />Tim Houle reviewed the proposal for the North Washington Street Project. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ACCEPT THE PROPOSAL <br />FROM WSN FOR THE NORTH WASHINGTON STREET PROJECT AT <br />$30,150. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />Discussion was held regarding the concept drawings, specifics of the <br />project and timing. Mike Loven noted that the project probably won't <br />happen this year. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />9.4. City Hall Exterior Paintinq <br />Mike Loven indicated that he received two quotes for painting the front <br />exterior of the City Hall building. He recommended accepting the quote <br />� from JNI Painting & Prefinishing. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ACCEPT THE QUOTE <br />FROM JNI PAINTING AND PREFINISHING IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,860 <br />FOR PAINTING THE FRONT EXTERIOR OF THE CITY HALL TO BE <br />FUNDED FROM FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND BALANCE. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br />9.5. WSN Proposal — Survev of Trailside Park Property <br />The Clerk noted that WSN has submitted a proposal to do a survey of the <br />Trailside Park property which the City is acquiring from the DNR. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER MOVED TO APPROVE THE WSN <br />PROPOSAL FOR SURVEY SERVICES FOR TRAILSIDE PARK USING <br />PARK DEDICATION FUNDS. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />10.1. 2012 Year End Financial Report <br />Report by Nancy Malecha. <br />� <br />
