16. Valerie Dwight—City Planner Lisa Barajas and Staff met with the County <br /> Technical Panel Nov. 1. Minutes of the 2 TEP meetings and the TEP <br /> recommendation will be discussed under New Business. (5/05) <br /> 17. Dan Gottsch—Mr. Gottsch has worked on his driveway and the Street <br /> Department will monitor. (7/05) <br /> 18. Jan Lee—The renter has completed cleanup of the refuse and exterior <br /> storage. We now consider this matter resolved, however, Staff will <br /> continue to monitor. (8/05) <br /> 19. Bonnie Watt— (5105) <br /> 20.Northwest Paper Company—Ed Patrias, a representative of Potlatch, <br /> contacted Staff that the refuse had been removed. Staff verified. This <br /> matter has been resolved. (8/05) <br /> 21. Jon Nornberg—Mr. Nornberg placed a banner on the side of his building <br /> in the Industrial Park that exceeds the allowed square footage. He would <br /> welcome any suggestions you may have on how he should proceed. <br /> (10/05) <br /> `-' The following items relate to the sign ordinance, which we anticipate having ready for <br /> review soon: <br /> 22. Curt Pestello: This violation is still on hold pending our new sign <br /> ordinance. <br /> 23. Dean Visser: We have contacted Mr. Visser about a potential sign <br /> violation.
