City's Ordinances regarding Waste, Maintenance and Exterior Storage. <br /> The Ordinance states, in Section 7.2.J.1,that, "All waste generated shall be disposed of <br /> in a manner consistent with all Minnesota Pollution Control Agency rules. " <br /> The Ordinance states, in Section 7.2.12,that "Any accumulation of waste generated on <br /> any premises not stored in containers which comply with Minnesota Pollution Control <br /> Agency rules, or any accumulation of mixed solid waste generated on any premises which <br /> has remained thereon for more than one weep . . . is a nuisance and may be abated and <br /> the const of abatement may b e addressed against the property where the nuisance is <br /> found " <br /> The Ordinance further states, in Section 7.4,that, "All structures shall be properly <br /> maintained in a clean and acceptable manner so as not to constitute a menace to the <br /> public health, safety, convenience, general welfare, property values and aesthetics. " <br /> The Ordinance further states, in Section 7.5.1.13,that, "Where there is a principle or <br /> accessory structure, all materials and equipment shall be stored within a building or fully <br /> screened so as not to be visible from adjoining properties. . . " <br /> The Ordinance further states, in Section 7.6,that, ". . . No use shall create, maintain or <br /> continue any activity or structure which has a strong negative visual impact. . . " <br />
