Region Five Development Commission, 31042 Ash Street, for a new <br /> home and garage. <br /> 4. Patricia Heald, 3844 West Grove Street, for stairway to lake. <br /> 5. Turn Key Construction, Lot 12, Block 1, Branches, for a new home and <br /> garage. <br /> 6. Thomas Johnson, 5452 County Road 11, for a hay barn. <br /> 7. City of Pequot Lakes, DNR Trail ROW, for a picnic shelter. <br /> 8. City of Pequot Lakes, 4638 County Road 11, for a salt shed. <br /> B. October 25 Memo of Understanding with Virgil Dahl. <br /> 9.
