CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR AN EXTRACTIVE USE WITHIN THE <br /> FOREST MANAGEMENT ZONE <br /> NOVEMBER 17, 2005 <br /> 6:30 PM <br /> AT <br /> CITY HALL <br /> 4638 COUNTY ROAD 11 <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> The following will be the subject of a public hearing on November 17, 2005, beginning at <br /> 6:30 PM. <br /> Hearing: Conditional Use Permit for an Extractive Use <br /> Applicant: Anderson Brothers Construction. <br /> Property Description: Property is located along south Highway 371, legally described <br /> as the S '/2 of SW '/a of SE i/4 and the S '/z of SW '/4 of SW 1/4, Section 27. Parcel ID is: <br /> 290274300000009. <br /> Purpose: Application is for a conditional use permit to establish an extractive use within <br /> the Forest Management zone. The proposed extractive use would include mining and <br /> processing of gravel materials, including crushing, washing, hotmix plant and concrete <br /> plant. All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send <br /> written comments to City Hall. Copies of the permit, maps, drawings and staff report are <br /> available at City Hall at least one week prior to the hearing date. Copies of the Staff <br /> Report regarding these applications are available at City Hall or on-line at <br /> www.communitygrowth.com. <br /> Property Owners Please Note: Notice relative to the above listed requests is sent to all <br /> property owners within 350' of the applicant's property.
