"
The Ordinance further states, in Section 7.5.1.13,Exterior Storage, that "Where there is a
principle or accessory structure, all materials and equipment shall be stored within a
building or fully screened so as not to be visible from adjoining properties... "
The Ordinance further states, in Section 7.2.12, Wastes, that "Any accumulation of
waste generated on any premises not stored in containers which comply with Minnesota
Pollution Control Agency rules. . . is a nuisance and may be abated and the cost of
abatement may be addressed against the property where the nuisance is found. "
I have been to your property and taken the enclosed pictures. If these pictures accurately
depict the condition of your property, I would have to find that you are in violation of
these provisions of the Ordinance.
As opposed to formally citing you for a violation of the Ordinance, we would like the
opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We are requesting that by no
later than September 27,2005,you remove or properly store all refuse and debris
L from this property.
