2. Cathi McBryde: This matter is being turned over to the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney, Matt Mallie. Staff has prepared a timeline for Mr. Mallie. <br /> (Inherited from Sibley Township) <br /> 3. Lance Schmidt: Staff will continue to monitor. This will remain on the <br /> violation list. (6/05) <br /> 4. Roger Rudbeck—The City Council has agreed to forward this matter to <br /> the City Attorney to secure a lien on the illegally constructed dwellings. <br /> 5. Roger Rudbeck and Jack Rudbeck—At this time they are not pursuing <br /> their claim against the City. Their issue is with the Tim Wimperis and <br /> Larry(Tony)Fyle properties. Mr. Wimperis has moved out of the City <br /> and Mr. Fyle is not in violation. This will be removed from the Violation <br /> List as neither Mr. Wimperis nor Mr. Fyle is in violation. <br /> 6. Gary and Jaculin Peterson—Mr. Peterson requested the City Council <br /> reduce the 5-times after-the-fact permit fee to 2-times. After much <br /> discussion,the City Council at their October meeting unanimously voted <br /> to uphold the Planning Commission's decision to assess the 5-times after- <br /> the-fact permit fee. (11/03) <br /> 7. Andrew Boldt—Mr. Schaefer has the adjoining lot for sale and this issue <br /> will be revisited when the lot is sold. This will remain on the violation <br /> list. <br /> 8. Dept.of Natural Resources/Paul Bunyan Trail—The DNR has contacted <br /> Staff and will remedy this situation in the spring. This will remain on the <br /> violation list until it is resolved. Staff will revisit the site when the leaves <br /> are down. <br /> 9. Carl Wilson—This parcel has been sold. Staff will continue to monitor. <br /> This may be an ongoing problem and will remain on the violation list. <br /> 10. Johnathan and Theresa Acosta—John Derksen volunteered to speak to Mr. <br /> Acosta about his unfinished exterior. Mr. Acosta is entertaining the <br /> possibility of selling the home. Staff contacted him about his un-mowed <br /> lawn and he did mow it. <br /> 11.Virgil Dahl—Staff will continue to work with Mr. Dahl and the RV's. <br /> (Problem inherited from Sibley Township) <br /> 12. Darrell Lake—Staff visited the property October 10, 2005 with <br /> Commission Member Pederson and Mr. Lake. Mr. Lake has planted trees <br /> where recommended and has installed the bio-logs.
