Please note that the City Council also added the following as conditions to the
conditional use permit:
1. The maximum cumulative accessory structure size of 5,000 square
feet is not exceeded.
2. Given the reduction in accessory structure size, the applicants shall
demonstrate that they can store all business related equipment inside
the new accessory structure. There shall be no outside storage.
3. The applicant shall provide documentation stating that the current
septic system has the capacity to handle the addition of the proposed
bathroom.
4. No new accesses shall be added to the property. Rather, the existing
access off of Evenson Road shall serve as the access for the entire
property.
5. The storage-of chemicals shall meet the regulations of the Department
of Natural Resources and the Department of Agriculture.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Dawn Bittner
Zoning Administrator
CC: Planning Commission
