August 16 letter from Tommy Woog to the Retail Committee of Pequot <br /> Lakes regarding portable signs. <br /> 3. August 19 letter to Diane Cummins regarding living quarters in the DMU. <br /> 4. August 23 letter to Matt Mallie, Prosecuting Attorney, advising him of <br /> Virgil Dahl's cooperation. <br /> 5. August 23 letter from Keith Pohl to Valerie Dwight. <br /> 6. August 24 email from Tim Houle regarding Wilderness Resort Utility <br /> Plan. <br /> 7. August 26 letter to Northwest Paper Company regarding refuse at end of <br /> Derksen Road <br /> 8. August 30 letter to Diane Cummins regarding lot subdivision. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on <br /> the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these <br /> each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 1. John E. MacGibbon: Current parcel information lists Mr. MacGibbon as <br /> the person receiving tax statements. <br /> 2 Cathi McBryde: This matter is being turned over to the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney, Matt Mallie.
