4. The parcel is bordered on the west by property zoned Downtown Mixed Use. <br /> `-- 5. The parcel's lot width of roughly 625 feet meets the minimum lot width of 300 feet for <br /> the Forest Management zone. <br /> Planning Commission Direction: The Planning Commission can recommend that the City <br /> Council approve,deny,or table this rezoning. <br /> Staff Recommendation: Based on the findings of fact presented in this report, the Staff <br /> recommends that the property be rezoned to Commercial.
