David Swenson: Mr. Swenson has removed all abandoned vehicles except <br /> the grader. The grader will be used this spring and not be stored at this <br /> location. (10/02) <br /> 2. John E. MacGibbon: Current parcel information lists Mr. MacGibbon as <br /> the person receiving tax statements. <br /> 3. Cathi McBryde: This matter is being turned over to the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney, Matt Mallie. Staff has prepared a timeline for Mr. Mallie. <br /> (Inherited from Sibley Township) <br /> 4. Lance Schmidt: Staff received a complaint regarding Mr. Schmidt's lawn <br /> not being mowed. Staff sent the attached letter. Staff will continue to <br /> monitor. This will remain on the violation list. (6/05) <br /> 5. Roger Rudbeck—The City Council has agreed to forward this matter to <br /> the City Attorney to secure a lien on the illegally constructed dwellings. <br /> 6. Roger Rudbeck and Jack Rudbeck—At this time they are not pursuing <br /> their claim against the City. Their issue is with the Tim Wimperis and <br /> Larry(Tony)Fyle properties. Mr. Wimperis has moved out of the City <br /> and Mr. Fyle is not in violation. <br /> 7. Gary and Jaculin Peterson : Staff has again written to the Petersons to <br /> correct their application and site plan. (11/03) <br /> May, 2005 Staff Report Page 2 <br />
