size of accessory structures,which for this property is 5,000 square feet.The applicants have an <br /> `.. existing accessory structure that is 1,383 square feet.Thus,the maximum size of the proposed <br /> structure cannot exceed 3,617 square feet to meet the provisions of the Ordinance. <br /> The Staff recommends that this application be denied. Should the Planning Commission choose <br /> to approve the application,the Staff recommends consideration of the following conditions: <br /> 1. The maximum cumulative accessory structure size of 5,000 square feet is not exceeded. <br /> 2. Given the reduction in accessory structure size,the applicants shall demonstrate that they <br /> can store all business related equipment inside the new accessory structure.There shall be <br /> no outside storage. <br /> 3. The applicant shall provide documentation stating that the current septic system has the <br /> capacity to handle the addition of the proposed bathroom. <br /> 4. The applicants shall present a plan to mitigate the impacts of the added traffic that is <br /> acceptable to the City Engineer. <br /> 5. The location of the access road shall be coordinated with the City's Streets Department <br /> and/or City Engineer to address conflicts resulting from adding an intersection in this <br /> area. <br /> 6.
