Economic Development Committee Update
Ed Larsen introduced committee members Mark Jurchen and
Nancy Adams. Mr. Larsen updated the Council on the economic
development committee progress and reviewed the goals that have
been set by the committee. Mr. Larsen requested feedback from
the Council on the committee's goals. The Council offered the
following suggested goals:
• Work with the College Small Business Center
• Business Retention
• Look at current environment before deciding which direction
to move in the future
• Look at land use issues in the commercial district
It was the consensus of the Council to accept the goals of the
Economic Development Committee.
.. 5.1.A.
